Curriculum
      ACADEMIC PROGRAMS The Academy of St. Francis of Assisi follows the guidelines set forth by the Paterson Diocese in accordance with NJCCCS. We are proud to be a Middle States accredited school. Our curriculum goal is to develop the spiritual, academic, social, moral and physical well-being of each student. We strive to meet the needs of the individual student in a nurturing environment rooted in the Gospel message.
Our experienced, certified staff strive to follow the example of the Master Teacher, Jesus Christ. Students are immersed in a rich, challenging academic atmosphere, in which they study Religion, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science and Language Arts.
As enrichment to our curriculum, the Academy of St. Francis of Assisi offers:
Art, Music, Foreign Language, Computer, Library Skills and Physical Education to our students.
The Essex County Educational Services Committee will support the Academy of Saint Francis of Assisi, which is of interest to children with special needs.
